APPLE FLAVOURS Taste is such a personal thing that I hate to say one apple spend an afternoon at our Apple Festival to know that people's tastes vary tremendously. However, in response to many requests I have come up with the following list as a rough guideline to the flavours of our apples, applecrabs and crabapples. These flavours are fully ripe fruits.
